In it's third edition, AgroFarm successfully consolidated in 2009 its position as an excellent meeting place for livestock farmers in Russia. 162 exhibitors from 15 countries took part in the International Exhibition for Animal Husbandry and Breeding in Russia’s capital Moscow.
Some 8000 expert visitors from all parts of Russia came to the VVC-Grounds between 20 and 22 April 2009 to gather extensive information on current trends in breeding genetics, management and feeding technologies for cattle, pigs, poultry, goats and sheeps as well as aquaculture. The visitors' interest was mainly directed towards establishing and maintaining contacts and gaining a market overview and orientation.
Lively conversations at the stands and the well attended conferences, seminars and live presentations demonstrated the Russian experts' keen demand for information and investment. According to an impartial survey, exhibitors and visitors alike confirmed the excellent standing of AgroFarm 2009 and intend to participate again in 2010.
