Exact Dosing System
The patented EDS-System delivers foddersimply and evenly without wearing parts. The fodder can be simultaneously delivered left and right. The heavy rubber cover ensures protection for man and animal.
Long Working Life
Robust, powerfull planetary gearboxes with oil bath bearings provide the main drive-line. Full power transimissions every day with very low maintenance and wear. Each gearbox is protected seperately.
Simple Maintenance Monitoring
Easily visible oil sight glasses indicate the gearbox levels. All maintenance points are easily available making services very easy.
Chopping as Desired
The adjustable counter knives control the chopping intensity. Depending on the application and material, the counter knives can be set to give the desired effect. Optionally the counter knives can be hydraulically actuated.
Safe Travelling
The mixing hopper is attached to a full chassis. The open U-channel construction means that all stresses present no problem year after year including the weigh cells.
Ideal Coupling
BvL offers couplings suitable for all systems wether DIN drawbar, pick up hitch, piton fix or ball and socket K80. All made form the highest quality material.
Highest safety
All V-Mix models are equipped with hydraulic trailer breaks. The brakes increase safety when moving, particulary when laden. Optionally available are air brakes and over run brakes.
Comfortable and easy Controls
Equipped with BvL manufactured in cab electro magnetic controls. The system is simple and maintenance free.
Precise Weighing
BvL weighing is equipped with large clear numbers. The hopper is mounted securely on 4, 6 or 8 weigh cells, which ensures, even on uneven ground, an exact weighing.
No overflow
The standard welded anti-overflow ringstops loss of high fibre material. The anti-overflow ring substantially increases the hopper stability and makes bending virtually impossible.
